Headless Freddy 'Fun of One' Terms and Conditions

(1) PERKS: The qualifying ‘Fun of One’ Digital Pop! holder (see Section 2 for details) will receive (i) two (2) tickets granting admission to New York ComicCon 2024 (the “Event”) to be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001, (the “Venue”) on Thursday, October 17th, 2024 to Sunday, October 20th, 2024, (ii) one (1) $1,500 American Express gift card, (iii) one (1) Headless Freddy Funko Pop! Vinyl Prototype Figure, and (iv) Funko NYCC 2024 suite of products. ‘Fun of One’ subject to Droppp’s Terms of Service: https://droppp.io/terms/

(2) ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION: Perks will only be awarded to an individual over the age of 18.

The ‘Fun of One’ Digital Pop! can be transferred or sold on any qualifying marketplace on the WAX blockchain. 

A SNAPSHOT OF INVENTORY ON WAX BLOCKCHAIN WILL BE TAKEN ON OCTOBER 3RD, 2024 AT 10:59:59 AM PST (THE “ELIGIBILITY SNAPSHOT TIME”). THE QUALIFYING DROPPP ACCOUNT HOLDING THE ‘FUN OF ONE’ DIGITAL POP AT THE ELIGIBILITY SNAPSHOT TIME WILL BE THE ONLY ACCOUNT QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE THE PERKS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1. 

‘FUN OF ONE’ DIGITAL POP! MUST BE IN THE HOLDER’S DROPPP ACCOUNT AT THE ELIGIBILITY SNAPSHOT TIME, OR IT CANNOT BE REDEEMED AND ANY PERKS WILL BE FORFEITED. 

The authorized account holder will be contacted by Funko via email to confirm identity and delivery instructions for the perks set forth in Section 1. An “authorized account holder” means the natural person who controls the login credentials associated with the qualifying Droppp account. 

Verification of Eligibility: AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER OF ELIGIBLE ACCOUNT WILL BE SUBJECT TO IDENTITY VERIFICATION BY FUNKO. ONLY THE ACCOUNT HOLDING ‘FUN OF ONE’ DIGITAL POP! AT THE ELIGIBILITY SNAPSHOT TIME IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE PERKS. 

(3) RESTRICTIONS: Any Event attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who is at least the age of majority. Fundays tickets are non-transferable. Once identified to Funko, an attendee cannot be changed without the express written consent of Funko, which may be withheld for any reason. 

In order to be eligible to receive the perks, the authorized account holder cannot be resident of or located in any territory subject to sanctions by the United States of America, United Kingdom or European Union or on any economic, trade or financial sanctions laws, regulations, embargoes, or restrictive list administered, enacted, or enforced by the governments of the United States of America, United Kingdom or European Union. 

Experience does not include the following: airfare, lodging, ground transportation to/from the Venue or the Event; insurance (health, travel, medical, etc.); parking fees; food or beverages; incidental expenses; local or long-distance telephone charges; tips; gratuities; service charges; any taxes; or any other charges not explicitly included herein. 

Except as explicitly set forth herein, attendance at NYCC 2024 does not guarantee attendees access to any specific Funko products, experiences or offers or any access to other booths or attractions at the event. 

Perks awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
