How To Become A Funko Reseller - United States

Thank you so much for your interest in Funko and our products! Please note Funko US is not onboarding any additional partners at this time. Please check back with us at the beginning of 2024 after the conclusion of our 2023 Onboarding Reviews.   

In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to any of our Premier Distribution partners listed below as an alternative option to direct onboarding. Strategically located throughout the United States our Premier Distributors increase inventory availability and shipping speeds across the market..

If your business is based within the United States, basic requirements are:

• Retailer with a verifiable brick and mortar location, or your own active online selling site. We will not open online retailers solely selling through a 3rd party.
• Funko approval of New Account and Business Credit Application.
• Minimum opening order of $3,500 USD in Funko products.
• Minimum $50,000 USD in sales revenue per calendar year, directly through Funko.

If you'd like to become a reseller, please complete our Registration Form to get started. All requesters will be asked the following information:

• What is the name of your business?
• What do you currently sell?
• Where are you located?
• Do you have a Brick & Mortar location, e-commerce site, or both?
  • If you have a web site, what is your URL?
  • If you have a store, please send a photo of the outside of the shop, showing the name of the store.

You will be provided with a New Account Application required forms to complete including:

1. Valid Business License / Secretary of State Letter or Certificate of Good Standing
2. Reseller’s License / Certificate of Resale / Sales & Use Tax Form
3. IRS Form W-9

If you are unable to meet the requirements or provide business documentation, you have the option of working through one of our premiere Funko distributors:

If you are located outside the United States and Europe and are interested in becoming an international reseller, basic requirements are:
