Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

We are Funko UK Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 10506769, with registered address at 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY ("Funko"). By taking part in the sweepstakes you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering into the sweepstakes. We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Funko accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. ​

  1. The prize draw is open to all residents of UK, Europe (excluding Belgium and Italy) and UAE aged 18 years or over, except Funko employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The sweepstakes are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. If you wish to enter the sweepstakes you must visit the Funko Europe WhatsApp channel: bit.ly/SDCC2026Funko confirm you are 18 years of age or over to proceed, by 5pm BST 07/09/2026.
  3. All entries must be submitted to the Funko Europe WhatsApp channel via the link or QR code, by confirming you are 18 years of age or over to proceed within the timeframe. One entry per person/account is permitted.
  4. The opening date for entries is 14:00 BST on 01/09/2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 BST on 07/09/2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  5. ​Funko accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 
  6. One winner will be chosen by random draw.​ Each accepted entry will be assigned a number. The assigned numbers will be processed through a random number generator to determine the winning entries on ​08/09/2026​. ​​
  7. The winner will receive a mystery bundle containing a minimum of five (5) Funko SDCC 2026 exclusives.​ ​​
  8. The winner will be notified via an email from [email protected]​ or through WhatsApp (using details provided at entry) before ​​09/09/2026​​ and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Funko within 24 hours of being notified by Funko, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Funko will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Funko will continue to select a winner until a response is received.
  9. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 60 days of being notified of their win.
  10. The prize for the winner is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Funko reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the sweepstakes without prior notice.
  11. The decision of Funko regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  12. Funko will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Funko will send the surname, as well as the country and county (or similar designation), of prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to us at 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 month after the closing date stated in section 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, country, county (or similar designation) and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Funko at [email protected], however Funko must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Funko reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. Funko reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the sweepstakes where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. Personal data supplied during the course of the sweepstakes will only be processed as set out in Funko's Privacy Policy. See also section 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  16. The Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into Funko's General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict this Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where you reside, and all claims in relation to these Terms can be brought in the courts of your home jurisdiction. .
