How To Become A Funko Reseller - United States

Thank you so much for your interest in Funko and our products! Funko North America is accepting applications for additional wholesale partners effective February 2025.

The requirements for having a direct account have changed. Please reference the details below and minimum requirements for US & CANADA. If there is interest in any other region globally, please see below section “HOW TO BECOME A FUNKO RESELLER – WORLDWIDE.”

UNITED STATES & CANADA

If your business is based within the United States, basic requirements are:

• Retailer with a verifiable brick-and-mortar location or your company’s own e-commerce site. We will NOT accept applications for online resellers selling only through 3rd party platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, eBay, Whatnot, etc…).
• The majority of your sales must come from your brick-and-mortar store or company-owned e-commerce site.
• If any portion of your business is through a 3rd party platform, the support provided will be minimal.
• Minimum of $50,000 USD in invoiced goods directly through Funko per calendar year.

If you can meet the above requirements to become a reseller, please complete our WHOLESALE SIGN UP FORM.

• If your account qualifies, Funko will contact you directly with the information provided.
• Applications will be reviewed, and a representative will contact you only if your account has been approved to move forward.
• Pease note, due to the volume of applications, our response times may vary.

If approved, Funko will begin our Onboarding Process which includes the collection of completed forms and agreements. The following documents are required to be provided:

1. Valid Business License (or equivalent based on your state)
2. State Resale Certificate (also commonly known as a resale license, reseller permit, reseller license, or tax exemption certificate)
3. IRS Form W-9 / W-8 for Canada
