Tell us your favorite Funko story!

I grew up with a brother 7 years my senior and a sister 4 years my senior, we all "shared" a Playstation 2, but really what ended up happening was I got to sit and watch them play some really fun games (because they were afraid I'd hop on and overwrite their saved data!). One of these games was Kingdom Hearts. I sat down nearly everyday watching my brother conquer Heartless and travel through the many worlds within Disney's realm as I looked in awe. I read every game guide cover to cover, collected the trading cards, wore the merchandise, and when 358/2 days came out for the Nintendo DS in 2009, it was my time to finally play and not just watch! It was everything I imagined it would be, and my love for the series grew that much stronger. When Funko announced the first wave of Kingdom Hearts Pop!s I was thrilled, and with the Kingdom Hearts Halloween line news I literally screamed! When Halloween Donald and Goofy came in the mail I couldn't take my eyes off them, the finite details really amazed me and brought me back to childhood. When it came time for Halloween Sora's release I added alerts for my local Hot Topic's Instagram so that I surely wouldn't miss him! I called my local Hot Topic in the morning on October 11th and was told they were expecting some new shipments at 1:30PM, but they weren't quite sure Sora would be included in the shipment. My Fiance and I took the chance and raced down to our local Hot Topic, I walked inside and what do ya' know! Halloween Soras filled the shelf, I was the first one to pick from the assortment, and took some time to pick one that felt "right." The whole ride home I felt this silly sense of nostalgic joy, and got the warmest feeling placing him alongside Halloween Donald and Goofy. Thank you so much Funko for making this line, I couldn't be happier with it!
