When and how did you first learn about Funko?

I would see Funko, everywhere I went. I didn't really think much of them at first, until I heard about the subscription boxes. When I saw that Suicide Squad box, I knew it was the start of a brand new obsession.

Why are you a Funatic?

It's hard to choose just one thing that makes me a Funatic. I love the community it created, I love the hunt for new, rare, exclusive, and error Pops!

What Funko lines and fandoms do you collect?

The Directors series is one of my favorites, I have a huge Kevin Smith collection and his Pop is the centerpiece to my Jay and Silent Bob shrine. I also love and think we need more Dorbz, I have almost all the X-Men ones and was so happy when they announced the Star Wars line.

What was your first Funko piece in your collection?

My first Pop was the Loot Crate Exclusive ImPopster Joker Batman. It was a Christmas gift from a friend when I was in high school. He knew I liked Batman but didn't know what I had, so he gave me the Pop! from his latest box.

What's your favorite fandom(s) and why?

Definitely a huge Star Wars fan, every Saturday I'd walk down to the Blockbuster that I lived next to and got my snow caps and my copy of Empire Strikes Back. I love Doctor Who, Star Trek & Marvel! But DC is a close second to Star Wars, my all time favorite Pop is Kilowog from the Green Lantern Legion of Collectors box.

Why do you love pop culture?

It gives people something more than themselves. There is something for everyone whether you just collect Pops!, comics, statues, or VHS tapes. It gives people a sense that they belong to something.

How do you display your collection?

I'm mostly in the box. I only really take ones out of the box that have some kind of personal attachment to me, or if I could display it cooler out of the box.

What movie/show/video game/album are you currently watching/playing/listening to?

I just got the vinyl 25th anniversary edition of the Beatles Sergeant Pepper that I am in love with. I'm also binging Futurama for the 6th time.

Tell us your favorite Funko story!

When I had just started my job, I wasn't too sure how things were going to go. But as soon as I got set up and saw that everyone had Funko products displayed on their desks, I knew I was in the right place.

Is there anyone you share your fandom with?

Me and all my friends love Star Wars! The second tickets went on sale for The Rise of Skywalker, he ordered them for me and our friend.
