You may have noticed that Funko.com has a fresh new look!

Our new site features 10x the number of products as we did in January 2020. From Pops! to tee shirts and games, we'll have even more of your favorite Funko merchandise to choose from! Navigating the website will be easier with more search filtering options. You'll be able to shop by license, collectible size, product type, and more. Free shipping will be available for purchases over $50. We've added Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay for speedy express checkout. Our Customer Service team will also accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

You might be wondering: what has changed with my account?

We've updated our account services for convenient and speedy checkouts.

• Save up to 5 different shipping addresses can be saved to your account, and you can select a default address that will be auto-filled during the checkout process.
• If you're already an Apple Pay or Google Pay user, your credit card information is saved—or, you can save your credit card using Shopify Pay.
• Your Funko Shop Order History is saved in your account.
• Funko Fan Club members will be eligible for special promotions (when available) when you check out while logged in to your account. If you're not already part of the Funko Fan Club, join for exclusive access to upcoming promotions and more.

Can I still add to my collection and wishlist on the new site?

Once the new site launches, you'll no longer be able to add to your collection and wishlist on Funko.com-- but fear not! Any collection and wishlist you saved on your funko.com account will be available in the Funko App. If you're not familiar with the Funko App, it allows you to track your collection as well as wishlist items that you're hoping to get your hands on. It can also help estimate your collection's value based on trending values from Pop Price Guide.

Has the Funko Pop Up Shop process changed?

Fans can expect the same exciting Funko Pop Up Shop launches. Keep an eye on your email inbox for announcements, and watch for our countdown timer on launch days!
