What is the POP! Mystery one-of-one buyback program?
The POP! Mystery one-of-one buyback program is a voluntary opportunity for eligible customers who discover a verified one-of-one POP! Mystery chase item to sell that item back to Funko.
This program is not a sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or prize program. The buyback is a voluntary purchase transaction between Funko and the verified item holder, subject to authentication, eligibility, required documentation, and final approval.
What does “one-of-one” mean?
A one-of-one item is a unique POP! Mystery chase item created as part of Funko’s POP! Mystery program. The item is the only one of its kind within the applicable program or product release.
Each one-of-one item will include special identifying materials, which may include:
- An Octane5 authentication sticker
- A QR code
- A Certificate of Authenticity
- A unique item code or identifier
How do I know if I found the one-of-one chase?
If you open your POP! Mystery collectible and believe you found a one-of-one item, look for:
- A special Octane5 sticker on the product packaging
- A QR code connected to the item
- AA Certificate of Authenticity included with the product
Scan the QR code found on your POP! Mystery box to begin the authentication and redemption process.
How do I redeem my one-of-one chase for $10,000?
Scan the QR code on your box to authenticate your product. If verified, you will be prompted to complete additional steps should you choose to participate in the POP! Mystery buyback program. To receive the $10,000, you will need to surrender your collectible by mailing it to Funko.
Can I keep the one-of-one chase instead of redeeming it?
Selling your item back to Funko is completely optional! You may choose to:
- Keep your one-of-one chase item
- Submit your information to participate in the POP! Mystery buyback program
If your one-of-one chase item is verified, you will need to surrender your collectible by mailing it back to Funko in order to receive your $10,000.
