We’ve made the difficult decision to officially sunset the Droppp.io platform, and we thank you for joining us on this adventure into the world of digital collectibles. When we launched Digital POP! in 2021, it was brand-new territory, and we’re beyond grateful for your passion, belief, and support every step of the way.
While we are no longer releasing new Digital POP! collections, this is not the end of hunting for the Grail! You will still have access to collect the most Limited Edition physical POPs! on Funko.com and through Funko Fan Rewards.

What will happen to Droppp?
On May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PST, all Droppp accounts and Droppp wallets will be disabled. Current users will need to transfer their Digital POP! collection to another wallet provider on the WAX blockchain (such as Atomic Hub) by that deadline to continue accessing their collection. Users who do not transfer their Digital POPs! by May 31 will no longer have access to those assets via Droppp.

I currently have USDC in my Droppp wallet. How do I transfer it out of Droppp?
Users will have until May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PST to transfer their USDC balance out of their Droppp wallets. When it’s time to withdraw your funds, simply click Withdraw in your wallet and follow the instructions to withdraw back to an exchange.

I haven’t received my physical redemption POP! collectible. Will I still receive it?
Yes! All outstanding physical POP! redemption orders will be fulfilled.
We’re aware that some customers, particularly in regions outside of North America, have experienced significant shipping delays. Our team is actively working to resolve these issues and ensure that everyone still waiting receives their physical redemption POP! collectibles as soon as possible.
My physical POP! came damaged. Will I still be able to exchange it?

I have Droppp exclusive Digital POP! collectibles. What will happen to those collections?
Droppp exclusive Digital POP! collectibles may now be transferred to another wallet provider on the WAX blockchain (such as Atomic Hub). All Droppp exclusives in your collection must be transferred by May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PST to retain access.
I currently have Droppp credits in my Droppp account. Will I lose those?
No, you will not! Users with credit will be issued credit refunds and contacted by Droppp directly via the email associated with their Droppp account.
Will I still be able to post on the Droppp Discord?
