Funko at PokémonXP: Everything You Need to Know

Pokémon fans, we’re headed your way! We’re thrilled to be joining PokémonXP, and we’ve got some great surprises for those attending the event this summer. Don’t worry, we’ve got exciting things happening for those of you at home, too! Read on for a peek at all the fun we have planned for PokémonXP and beyond.

DATE: August 28 – August 30, 2026

LOCATION: Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA

Remember, all guests will need a pass to attend! If you do not have a pass for PokémonXP, you will not be allowed entry.

You can find us at Booth #1116 during PokémonXP.

If you’ve ever wanted to become a Pokémon Trainer, we’ve got you covered! Starting at PokémonXP, you can create a personalized Funko POP! collectible that looks just like you do, now with official Pokémon customization options.

First, create your personalized Funko POP! by selecting skin tone, hair, glasses, and facial hair to match your look. Then, you can select an official Trainer cosplay and choose your partner Pokémon Funko POP! buddy for your journey! If you can’t pick just one, you can add a buddy pack to collect them all.

Once you’ve finalized your figure, you can customize your name on the exclusive Pokémon POP! Yourself box packaging. 

Fans attending PokémonXP can get exclusive customization options only available at the show, including exclusive variants of the Pokémon Trainer uniforms and exclusive POP! Pikachu and POP! Eevee buddies. All boxes from the event will include an exclusive PokémonXP sticker on the box, as well.

A limited number of guests who create their custom Funko POP! collectible at the Funko booth will be able to bring their figure home on the same day, so you’ll want to visit the Funko booth early if you want to get your hands on this one-of-a-kind souvenir! All other event attendees will be able to create their custom Funko POP!, complete with event-exclusive options, and have it shipped directly to their home. 

If you’re not attending the event, don’t worry – you can still create your personalized Funko POP! with official Pokémon options online or at our Funko flagship stores! While you won’t be able to snag the PokémonXP exclusive options, you can still create a custom POP! Yourself figure with official Pokémon features.
